Our office is also open 6 days per week so you can be assured that your guests will be able to come to us for any support or guidance during their stay – we really are a home away from home!

The many students who have stayed in one or another of the residences/apartments that Cairns Sharehouse offer, comment on the great relationship they have with the friendly staff from CSH, whether it be the maintenance/cleaning or administration staff. Everyone is approachable and obliging. Our students state that the residences are kept in very good order, serviced regularly, and a high level of security is maintained, allowing them to feel safe and comfortable during their stay. The 10.30pm curfew is also very beneficial for the students, as they often visit friends in homestay and feel very happy to be able to return the hospitality.
The administration staff at CSH, Catherine and her team, are always friendly, obliging and very flexible in our dealings with them. Their replies are prompt, their protocols are simply explicit, which makes these matters easily explained to our International clients and students. I have developed a warm relationship personally with the staff, and recommend them very highly.
